Maintenance Contracts / Spare Parts: Our commitment to our clients is to provide an efficient and effective after-sale service. After all, maintenance is the basic key to long-life, trouble-free operation. WATEQ provides complete service support for all plants supplied by us or others. Our service includes operation & maintenance contracts, the supply of spare parts, consumable chemicals, technical consultancy, modifying, and refurbishment of old plants. If a maintenance contract is not what a client is looking for our staff will fix any problems on an as-needed basis. We can provide such a service due to the overwhelming stock of spare parts we keep. We guarantee that we will provide fast service at a competitive price.
Warranty: We commit to Warranty all supplied plants and equipment for a period of two years from the date of commissioning (depending on the requirements). This warranty covers spare parts, troubleshooting, periodic maintenance, etc.
